Conference fee is 250€ per person and no discount will be considered. The payments of the fee will be made onsite at registration desk in front of the reception at your arrivals. Conference fee will cover the conference dinner, excursion, conference administrative expenses.
Abstract submission dates are the same as the registration dates. INTW2026 Abstract Template can be found here. Abstract should be sent as an attachment by email to: intw@selcuk.edu.tr Registered participants will be informed about registration by email. Notification about acceptance will be send about their abstract submission following the evaluation of scientific committee of INTW2026 asap.
Submitted abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be accepted and published in the abstract book after blind reviewed process and selected by the INTW2026 Scientific/Referee Committee. Abstract book and talk files will be published as an electronic depository in the conference web page. INTW2026 Book including full text files after blind review process will be published in the Selcuk University Press.
