The conference will be held at the Norm Oriental Hotel, Çamyuva Mah. Turizm Blv. No:19 Kemer / Antalya. A group reservation has been made for limited number of participants at this hotel from September-27 to October-03 2026. Rooms will be accommodated as single or double occupancy. Therefore, participants are not supposed to make their own reservations.
Arrival: 27 September 2026 after 14:00, Departure: October 03, 2026 before 12:00 (6 days)
Single room: 960 Euro (160 Euro/day), Double room: 1200 Euro (100 Euro/day per person), Triple Room: 1620 Euro (90 Euro/day per person)
Registered participants who do not stay at the hotel will be able to enter the hotel in between 09.00-18:00 hours. For this, they must pay 80 Euro/day in cash. This amount includes lunch and other all inclusive rights. In case of early entrance/late departure 40 euros must be paid in cash for extra breakfast/lunch/dinner.
The PhD students, postdocs and volunteers will be accommodated in double rooms. If you have an accompanying person with whom you would like to share a room, please indicate this on the registration form.
After registration if you are accepted as a participant/speaker with an invitation letter by INTW2026 committee, the payment for accommodation should be sent to the following bank account by July 15, 2026. The payment receipt should be sent to intw@selcuk.edu.tr for confirmation of organisers until July 30, 2026. Please make sure that all fees are paid by your bank so that the full amount is transferred. Otherwise the reservation of the hotel room may not be guaranteed and you may have problems with the accommodation in this hotel. Please, contact the organizers in this case. In case there are any problems with the bank transfer please contact organisers directly to find a solution.
